ASHRAE Technical Committee 9.5 – Residential and Small Buildings Applications

Welcome to the homepage of ASHRAE Technical Committee 9.5. This technical committee is concerned with the application of HVAC&R systems and equipment to residential and small commercial buildings.  Information will be published and disseminated to the general public to educate and inform them in an unbiased and balanced manner about HVAC&R and construction options available, their relative advantages and disadvantages, building energy efficiency, indoor air quality, comfort and maintenance.
